TERMS AND CONDITIONS FOR THE USE OF DISCOUNT CODES

These Regulations define the rules for using discount codes in the TufTuf.pl online store.

 

I. Glossary of terms used in the Regulations:

Discount code - an electronic discount code in the form of an alphanumeric code, entitling the User to redeem it in the online store www.tuftuf.pl run by the Seller, in the form of a percentage discount calculated on the order value (excluding shipping costs);

Seller - Global Pet's Food Sp. z o. o. with its registered office in Góreczki, Góreczki 1, 63-720 Koźmin Wielkopolski, registered under KRS number 0000847965 in the District Court VIII Commercial Division of the National Court Register of the Poznań District Court, NIP: 5272922348, with a share capital of PLN 10,000,000.00 fully paid up;

Customer / User - a person who receives a Discount Code from the Seller as part of a promotion organized by the Store or an individual agreement with the Seller in exchange for performing a specific action, e.g., making purchases for a specific value;

Goods - items offered for sale in all sections of the online store www.tuftuf.pl;

Expiry date - the date by which the discount code can be redeemed on www.tuftuf.pl and used to purchase goods;

Store - the TufTuf.pl online store, selling goods from its offer via the Internet and operating at the internet address www.tuftuf.pl;

Store Regulations - regulations defining the rules for selling goods in the TufTuf.pl online store,

 

II. General conditions.

1. The Seller undertakes to provide the Customer with a Discount Code as part of an organized promotion or an individual agreement with the Customer.

2. The discount code can be used to purchase goods not covered by other promotions in the TufTuf.pl online store.

3. The discount code is not exchangeable for cash (in whole or in part) and cannot be returned to the Seller.

4. The discount code is active from the moment it is provided to the Customer.

5. The Discount Code received from the Seller is for single use.

6. The validity of the Discount Code will be determined each time it is provided to the Customer.

 

III. Rules for providing and using the Discount Code.

1. The Discount Code is provided in the form of an electronic letter sent to the Customer's e-mail address or by making the Discount Code available during a promotion organized by the Store.

2. The use of the sent Discount Code depends on the Customer. The Customer has the option not to use the provided Discount Code; in such a situation, it is sufficient not to enter the provided Discount Code in the shopping cart when shopping in the Store.

3. To use the Discount Code provided by the Seller, enter the given string of characters in the "Apply discount code" field when placing an order on the Store's website.

4. Entering the Discount Code in the field mentioned in paragraph 3 will reduce the value of the ordered goods by the percentage value of the Discount Code provided to the Customer. The Discount Code can only be used when purchasing goods not covered by other promotions.

5. The Discount Code can be used if the User has a Customer account in the Store, i.e., after logging in or registering such an account in the Store.

6. When placing an order using "quick purchases", the Discount Code cannot be used.

7. Discount codes do not combine. Only one Discount Code can be used per order.

8. The Seller has the right to refuse to redeem the Discount Code if its validity period has expired. Thus, the Discount Code expires with the expiry of its validity period.

9. The discount code covers the purchase of goods up to PLN 1,500.

10. The promotion is valid in the territory of the Republic of Poland.

 

IV. Complaints and returns of goods.

All complaints regarding defects in goods or their returns when purchased using a Discount Code will be considered under the general conditions set out in the Store Regulations.

 

V. Final provisions.

1. In the event of changes to these Regulations, orders are carried out based on the Regulations in force on the date of placing the order.

All matters not covered by these regulations are governed by the Store Regulations, as well as the provisions of Polish law, and above all, the Civil Code, as well as the provisions of the Act on specific terms of consumer sales and amendments to the Civil Code and the Act on the protection of certain consumer rights and liability for damage caused by a dangerous product and the Act on the protection of personal data.
