Store dry food in a sealed container, in a cool, dry place. Once opened, wet food should be refrigerated and stored for no longer than two days.

Orders are usually processed within 1–2 business days. Delivery time depends on the chosen shipping method – packages usually arrive within 2–3 business days.

Overweight or obesity in an animal should be determined by a veterinarian. However, you can perform a visual and palpatory examination yourself. An animal with a healthy body weight should have a spine and ribs that are palpable to the touch. When viewed from above, it should have a waist tuck; when viewed from the side, the abdomen should be tucked up, not even along its entire length or sagging.

The food transition should take approximately 7–10 days to allow the digestive system time to adjust. For the first two days, feed 75% of the old food and 25% of the new. On days 3-4, the proportions should be 50% of each food. Then, on days 5-6, serve 25% of the old food and 75% of the new. From the seventh day onwards, you can feed 100% of the new food. During this time, carefully observe your pet – if you notice diarrhea, bloating, or a decrease in appetite, return to the previous stage for a while, and once the situation stabilizes, continue the transition.
