On each package of our food, you will find the recommended dosage, which depends on the size and age of the dog. The animal's health condition and activity level are also important. So, if you have any doubts, consult a veterinarian who will precisely determine the best feeding plan for your pet.
Store dry food in an airtight container, in a dry and cool place. Once opened, wet food should be refrigerated and stored for no longer than two days.
Orders are usually processed within 1-2 business days. Delivery time depends on the chosen shipping method – most shipments arrive within 2-3 business days.
The veterinarian should determine whether the animal is overweight or obese. However, you can perform a visual inspection and palpation yourself. An animal with a healthy body weight should have a spine and ribs that are palpable to the touch. When viewed from above, it should have a waistline; when viewed from the side, its abdomen should be tucked up, not even along its entire length or sagging.
The food transition should take approximately 7–10 days to allow the digestive system to adjust. For the first two days, feed 75% of the old food and 25% of the new food. On days 3-4, the proportions should be 50% of each food. Then, on days 5-6, serve 25% old food and 75% new food. From the seventh day onwards, you can feed 100% new food. During this time, carefully observe your pet – if you notice diarrhea, bloating, or a decrease in appetite, return to the previous stage for a while, and once the situation stabilizes, continue the transition.
