Shipping and delivery costs


Orders are processed within 3 business days from the moment of payment or confirmation of cash on delivery.
Deliveries are made via InPost and DPD.

InPost Courier

  • Cash on delivery – PLN 15

  • Instant payment – PLN 15

InPost Parcel Locker

  • Instant payment – PLN 13

DPD Courier

  • Cash on delivery – PLN 17.50

  • Bank transfer – PLN 15

For orders over PLN 129 – free delivery!


Payment methods


Cash on delivery
You can pay upon receipt of your order.
Option available for shipments by InPost and DPD.
Additional fee for cash on delivery is PLN 2.50.
For orders over PLN 129 – delivery is free.

Traditional bank transfer
You can also pay for your order by bank transfer to the account:

Returns and withdrawal from the contract


You have the right to withdraw from the contract within 14 days of receiving the shipment – without giving any reason.
Simply return the product along with the statement of withdrawal from the contract.

The cost of returning the goods is borne by the customer.

The refund will be made no later than 14 days from the date of receipt of the returned goods or proof of their dispatch.

If the order has not yet been shipped, you can cancel it – just contact us.



Complaints


In case of receiving goods inconsistent with the contract or any irregularities in the operation of the store, you can submit a complaint:

Complaints can be submitted within 2 years of receiving the product, reporting the problem within one month of its discovery.
The store will respond to the complaint within 14 business days.

If the complaint is accepted, the product will be:

  • repaired,
  • replaced with a new one,
  • or we will refund the equivalent of its price.
