"NAME FOR A CAT" Rules

Rules and Regulations for "NAME THE CAT"
§1 General Provisions
1. The organizer of the competition is GLOBAL PET'S FOOD with its registered office in Góreczki 1, 63-720 Koźmin
Wielkopolski, NIP: 6211837525, hereinafter referred to as the "Organizer".
2. The competition is conducted via Instagram on the @tuftufpetfood profile.
3. The competition is not sponsored, supported, administered by, or associated with Instagram.
4. The competition runs from the date of publication of the competition post until February 16, 2026, at 11:59 PM.

§2 Conditions of Participation
1. A participant in the competition may be a natural person who is at least 18 years old and has an active
Instagram account.
2. To participate in the competition, you must:
a) write a suggested name for the TUF TUF cat in a comment under the competition post,
b) tag 2 friends in the comment.
3. Participation in the competition is free of charge.

§3 Winner Selection
1. From all valid entries, the Organizer will select 1 winner.
2. The winner will be the author of the most creative and original name suggestion.
3. The competition results will be announced on February 17, 2026, in a comment under the competition post
and/or in a story on the Organizer's profile.
4. The winner will be asked to contact via private message to receive the
prize.

§4 Prize
1. The prize in the competition is a voucher worth PLN 500 to be used in the TUF
TUF online store.
2. The voucher cannot be exchanged for cash or other benefits.
3. Details regarding the redemption of the voucher will be provided to the winner in a private message.

§5 Rights to Use the Name
1. By submitting a name suggestion, the participant agrees to the free use of the
chosen name by the Organizer for marketing, promotional, and
communication purposes of the TUF TUF brand.

§6 Personal Data
1. The administrator of participants' personal data is the Organizer.
2. Personal data will be processed solely for the purpose of conducting the competition and awarding
the prize.
3. Providing data is voluntary, but necessary to receive the prize.
